We didn’t feel relaxed or safe in the area. there were groups in cars hanging around the back of the property and children shouting loudly outside after 10pm. There were metal gates across the front door, which indicated it could be a high crime area. Stairs and landing was very run down, with redecorating needed to the walls. Smelt like something had been smoked in the house.

Microwave not working, bathroom lights not working, living room sofa broken

Loved the stay, great place, all the facilities you could need and the beds were really comfy!

The couches were a bit uncomfy, but they did the job and were more than sufficient

This place was filthy. The bedroom wardrobe door fell off onto her when my wife tried to open it. There was old food left in the bowls in kitchen cupboard. Cooker was greasy and covered in crumbs. Bath/shower had hair and soap from previous guests. There was thick slimy mould between the shower tiles (luckily we found bleach to clean before use!). Black mould under windows in all bedrooms. Horrible. The gas boiler wouldn't go off, had no service stickers, no evidence of it's been checked/serviced, was very old. My daughter left new headphones in the flat, when we contacted the owner asking them to post to us (we would have paid) they said nothing was found.

Excellent house.

The bathroom door was terrible.
