Entire Two Bedrooms Flat, 1F

No lights worked in one of the bedrooms the whole place was dirty it stunk like the rubbish tip toilet didn't flush heating didn't work only in front room wasn't welcoming you bang ya head on way up stairs no sign to tell you mind your head

Constant Scratching all night , (Mice). To noisey next road , no double glazing , NOT TWO BEDROOM . Front door not safe , very dated , beds uncomfortable, thin mattress , thin Duvet , Shower keeps turning off.

Stayed at this flat last year summer and loved it hence why booked again. Is a very quiet large flat, with all the neccesery stuff needed.is quiet and warm with heating on and lovely sash windows in the bedrooms, plenty of toilet rolls, towels, cleaning stuff,

As walked into main property it stunk of weed, got to flat "1F" stunk of damp from bathroom, looked fairly clean till saw beds.All Bedding had blood on them, bloodsplats on all 3 beds, and when i moved arm chairs(as i dropped a butterfly on floor and was looking for it) was thick dirt and grimy underneath. Kids sat at dinning table, and table leg fell off, towel rail in bathroom was hanging right out wall about to fall and banister in front of sash window in kids room was about to come off was so lose. So put two screws in so grandkids didnt fall out the big windows! also looks like bathrooms had several floods, floor and bath panels curling up and smelt of damp, plus no bath plug, which was so annoying, as my 11yr old daughter is special needs and disabled, with anxiety issues, she has baths as jets of water scare her, so had to make a makeshift bath plug from foil. Needs new cleaners that have an eye for detail, instead of quick sweep it under the the armchairs and tlc and would be perfect! I also booked 1E upstairs for my son, partner and grandson whose oxygen reliant.....the place was also blood splatered on beds, and pills, bottles and rubbish under there beds......and no bath plug. I would say to the owners, if you dont want a law suit on your hands, (from tots crawling, finding pills and getting ill or worse from eating them, or cutting themselves on broken glass bottles under beds) make sure your cleaners do there job thoroughly and get someone in once every 2 weeks to inspect properties for damage furniture and fixings, and posibly sort tv/wifi out then would be a lovely place that ppl would love to come back and visit.

Nothing about it was nice the place was dirty spider webs everywhere beds had bed bugs so we all got no sleep i message the guy and told him and said we wanted our money back and he sent me 30 pound I paid 100 it ruined our break completely im disgusted

The whole place

This property was discusting. Upon entering the property it smelt highly of stale smoke & cannabis!! Upon then looking around the flat, there was mouldy tea towels in the kitchen, the kitchen had not been cleaned. Then on to the bathroom there was burnt pubes in the shower/ bath, there was a used bar of soap on the bath & the shower curtain was covered in stains. A mouse then appeared in the bathroom. I could go on but i would be here all night. AVOID
