The Guest will find the key and the codes in the mailbox. The code will be provided only when the Guest sends a copy of an identification document. In compliance with Italian law it is mandatory to verify the identity of the guest by checking the ID document with an appointment with a property employee. All requests for early/late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the garage is upon request, upon reservation. The garage must be reserved at the time the reseravtion is confirmed. It must be accepted by the property. However, the garage is restricted only to vehicles: length 4,50 mt–width 1,70 mt height 2.10 mt. Wider, higher and larger vehicles cannot enter. Please note that the garage is not available until 30.09.2026 due to construction work taking place nearby.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro (10 minuti a piedi) e la proprietaria ha lasciato anche occorrente per colazione. Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole soprattutto il letto e i cuscini (una chicca)

The apartment has an excellent location; it is exceptionally clean and offers more than everything one would need for a stay. Silvia is the best host I have ever met, super helpful, kind and always available. If we come to Verona again, we will definitely stay here.

"Beautiful flat in great location"

We spent three nights at the apartment as a family of four and could not have been happier with our choice. The location of the flat is great, with an easy ten minute walk to the centre, and instructions were very easy to follow. Silvia is extremely responsive as a host and shared helpful recommendations. The flat is quiet, spacious and extremely well equipped, we appreciated the welcome drinks and treats and provision of coffee and other basic breakfast items. There were even cushions for us to take to the arena performance. Overall we can highly recommend this apartment.
