The Guest will find the key and the codes in the mailbox. The code will be provided only when the Guest sends a copy of an identification document. In compliance with Italian law it is mandatory to verify the identity of the guest by checking the ID document with an appointment with a property employee. All requests for early/late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the garage is upon request, upon reservation. The garage must be reserved at the time the reseravtion is confirmed. It must be accepted by the property. However, the garage is restricted only to vehicles: length 4,50 mt–width 1,70 mt height 2.10 mt. Wider, higher and larger vehicles cannot enter. There is a digital peephole on the front door. It does not record, nor does it activate automatically; it only activates if the guest presses the button next to the doorbell. It is used solely upon arrival so that I, the owner, can see the face of the person entering the apartment and verify their identity against the ID documents I have received. Under Italian law, it is mandatory to verify guests’ identities in person, including through the use of such devices.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
