The Guest will find the key and the codes in the mailbox. The code will be provided only when the Guest sends a copy of an identification document. In compliance with Italian law it is mandatory to verify the identity of the guest by checking the ID document with an appointment with a property employee. All requests for early/late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the garage is upon request, upon reservation. The garage must be reserved at the time the reseravtion is confirmed. It must be accepted by the property. However, the garage is restricted only to vehicles: length 4,50 mt–width 1,70 mt height 2.10 mt. Wider, higher and larger vehicles cannot enter. There is a digital peephole on the front door. It does not record, nor does it activate automatically; it only activates if the guest presses the button next to the doorbell. It is used solely upon arrival so that I, the owner, can see the face of the person entering the apartment and verify their identity against the ID documents I have received. Under Italian law, it is mandatory to verify guests’ identities in person, including through the use of such devices.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Luxurious and thoughtfully equipped Apartment in a wonderful"

Attention to detail was second to none. Generous supply of toiletries, coffee, breakfast goodies and even wine! So thoughtful. Beautifully styled, luxurious, easy walking to all tourist sites. Parking! Host Silvia was warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. Easy communication. Everything was perfect.

"Top Notch Apartment"

Location within walking distance to Centro Storico. Covered garage, outside ZTL. The unit very clean, decorated with style. Attention to detail every step of the way: from messages providing guidance on how to access the garage and the unit, to notebooks and books in the unit providing additional information to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Complimentary gifts that were unexpected but very much appreciated. Silvia takes pride in her unit and takes care of her guests.

"Definitely one of the best host in the business with an amazing apartment!"

The apartment was in a nice area. Close to the balcony of Juliet, which is a plus. The apartment itself was really clean, had very nice furniture and very well designed. We were positively surprised by how many trinkets there were available for the guests to use. The communication with Silvia was 10+! Always available at a short notice, literallt answering messages after 19 seconds. Definitely the most politest and kindest host we have ever had.

"These are one of the best apartments we have seen."

- very clean -sufficient amount of space -the apartment has not only everything you need, but even more. It is obvious that the owner of the apartment cares about the convenience of the guests -10 minutes walk to the city -the apartments are located in a quiet street, we had enough time for parking -very simple check-in process

we didn't find them. We liked everything. ...near the elevator there are three steps. we had a stroller and this was not an inconvenience for us
