Lovely cosy period property. Great sized kitchen, really nice living space and bedrooms. Hosts very kindly left some chocolates, coffee and teabags, Netflix login and a smart TV. Bedrooms were very comfortable, WiFi fast and stable, bathrooms excellent, everything spotless and very attractive.

Cafetiere was broken. Obviously part and parcel of the Tudor construction but uneven floors and 2x very steep staircases weren't ideal for a family with young kids, especially the one coming down from the top bedroom which is borderline dangerous despite the helpful signage. Would avoid if you have any sort of mobility issues. Similarly low doorways are a bit of a hazard but this was well advertised on the listing. Very characterful and comfortable though.

Quirky, quaint, quality property. We absolutely loved this apartment. Comfy bed, fantastic amenities. Our hosts provided a fully equipped kitchen, wine & cookies plus all usual tea, coffee, condiments, cleaning and washing products. Could not recommend this highly enough. Only thing we needed to get on arrival was milk for our tea. The high street has numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Naya restaurant was fantastic and such good value for money. Henley Kitchen Bakery makes wonderful bread and a breakfast to die for. We loved Henley-on-Arden so much we could happily retire there when we finish working abroad. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is truly an amazing place to stay and you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a very authentic stay in an old Tudor cottage you have to stay here. It was beyond my expectations, a cottage full of charm and magic. The owners are beautiful people and go above to ensure that you have everything you need. A lovely bottle of red wine, chocolates and biscuits on arrival were lovely. As someone who is travelling through the U.K. at the moment it was so good to have access to a washing machine, plenty of cooking utensils and a cooker, microwave. Dishwashing and washing machine capsules are even supplied! Hangers, soft towels, lovely bathroom amenities. The location is perfect, walking distance to all pubs, restaurants etc and parking is a breeze. I could go on but if you are on the fence give this beautiful property a go.
