Loft Cottage by Spa Town Property - 2 Bed Tudor Retreat Near to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick & Solihull

Beautifully quirky, a unique property with lots of charm and very comfortable surroundings, exceptionally clean, everything provided. The church bells were wonderful just across the road and local pubs were fantastic for ambiance and good food.

Beds were a tad soft for us and the noise from road can be quite loud but it’s on the main high street so we knew it would have noise.

The information that was sent both before and during the stay were excellent. This property has so much of Tudor character on the inside. The supplies that were provided (eg. handwash/shampoo) were good quality and shows attention to detail. Kristin responded to any queries promptly. The location is excellent: Henley-in-Arden is a lovely town.

For the owner: the settee bed was not comfortable.

Loft Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent and the private parking was very welcome.

The upstairs bedroom is very quirky and interesting but access is restricted. In fairness that is pointed out in the property details.

Location and character however didn’t use the upstairs room as it was a bit tricky to use which was explained to us by the hosts.

Liked everything however you need a medium sized frying pan to make a breakfast 👍

The property was immaculate and so cosy and quaint. It was such a comfortable stay and the location is perfect! It was well equipped with everything you need! Nothing is forgotten. Henley in Arden is a lovely village and such close links to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. You can get the train too! Lovely ice cream parlour and places to eat and drink. Perfect! We will be back!

The apartment is very central in the town of Henley-in-Arden, close to convenience stores, restaurants and take aways. There is one car parking space with the property with a car park right behind for a second car, as well as free parking being available on the street overnight. It is very convenient for the NEC. The seating was comfortable and the property was warm, as were the showers. Tea, coffee, etc and basic condiments were provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast not applicable. Location was good, for a wedding in Wootton Wawen.

Had one problem with the lock on the inner door. On one occasion it just didn't open, we tried and tried,we tried to find a number to call, then we went back to the door, and it just opened!! We locked the outer door but the other occupants didn't so it was always open.
