Hotel is dirty the towels smell really bad and no hot water in the house it’s all broken and doesn’t work, doors don’t close properly which made the house full of bugs this was very disappointing experience

There is nothing to like it’s full of bugs the towels smell like Indian curry the workers look inside the house without any permission there is zero cleanliness

This villa we a absolute disappointment and ruined my kids trip because it was absolutely dirty and dirty, the pool area has only half the water a pool should have and it’s that old the floor around is so slippery that all the kids where falling I had to tell them no more winning, the doors and windows have cracks in them so insect and bugs can go in to the house which it did and the house after we came back was full of bugs, I would never go here again and don’t recommend anyone going through it again

About the pool, and the way to go to the beach is quite difficult. Need to improve

Izzat and Komanan are very friendly, patient (I asked quite a lot of questions) and helpful. Great team you have there! The house is huge and very spacious. A lot of parking space too. Very near to Feringgi in case you need to get some groceries and personal stuff. And the house itself is full of entertainment facilities. The karaoke system is really good! Exceptionally good. We love the pool table too! Kids love the game room for sure. They are either at the beach or when they’re not they’ll be in the game room. And oh! They have installed a projector unit that comes with an amazing speaker! That’s really cool!

There’s nothing not to like but maybe they need to look at a few things, nothing major though, like one of the stove is not working anymore, broken shower lever in room 3, some parts have creaking wood planks at the sundeck area, one cue stick no longer has the rubber so when you hit the ball it doesn’t really do a good job (but we could still make do with it) and the stairs going down to the beach is kind of hanging as it no longer reaches the ground. I think it’s due to erosion. All of the aircond units were working well. The swimming pool.. hmm needs some cosmetic touch up. The plywoods used to patch the cracked parts made the swimming look not very compelling.. The sliding door going to the beach needs some greasing i think. It’s a little tough to open and shut it but not impossible. I’m just being a little manja haha but it will be great if all these issues could be attended to.

Don't go ,they will asking you to pay the security deposit after you checked out,they will hold your deposit and not to reply your message,service very bad and no have wifi service ,they won't pay the bill
