Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu. Blisko do centrum z przysłowiowego „buta”. W mieszkaniu czyściutko, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, bezpłatne wi-fi. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez WhatsApp. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze w kamienicy bez windy (nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale dla niektórych może być ważne). Niedaleko płatny, parking podziemny 24€ za dobę. Polecam tę nieruchomość.
Zepsuta sofa w salonie. Właściciel obiecał ją szybko wymienić. Przyjedziemy tam jeszcze raz i sprawdzimy :). Poza tym wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Close to everything and just outside the ZTL ZONE. Public parking 5 m walk away with lots of spaces and easy access. Parking spaces are spacious and no problem with our rental Audi Q5. Smart TV can cast from our phone (unlike some other places we stayed in Italy this time). We were concerned about how to check in and getting number for the lock box. At the end, nothing to worry about. The owner always responds to questions. All details were send by WhatsApp by the owner in the morning before checking in.
No elevator. Not a problem for us but could be for some people.

Оптимальное расположение: пешком и до центра, и до вокзала. В целом всё новое и чистое. Горничная Линда очень помогла. Попросили дополнительное постельное бельё, всё дала.
Похоже, про нас забыли: инструкцию по получению ключей прислали за две минуты до заезда - и то, после нашего неоднократного напоминания. Когда мы пришли, уборка ещё продолжалась. Подниматься высоко, лифта нет. С тяжёлыми чемоданами это надо принимать во внимание. Вилки сложно найти: ящик спрятан внутри другого ящика, мы только на второй день обнаружили. Думаю, его стоит отдельно подписать.

The location is a short walk from most things in the area and very close to station and hire car drop off. The keys were in a key box, the host sent a video with clear instructions how to access. Host enable me to drop off luggage earlier. Cleaner Linda and her partner help me with luggage and were very accommodating.
Please note there is no elevator - so luggage needs to be carried up stairs
