Cosy 2 bed cottage on Dartmoor , Near Ivybridge

The cottage is lovely. Very cosy. Beds are comfy. I loved that there was a choice of a firm or a soft pillow. Great location. Very quiet.

Nice cottage on a pleasant site , quiet and friendly area.

Lots of different levels of flooring, particularly in the kitchen, narrow cooking area raised from the doorway level . Step deep on each change of level , especially need to be careful at night going to the bathroom . Needed better cleaning, some blankets needed a wash and dust clumps in places . Cooking pans need replacing as does the lighter for the oven . Oven also very slow to cook anything . Hob fine once you can light it . Traditional tin opener would be appreciated as the classic stab one seemed to blunt to work.

The property is in a very quiet, interesting and beautiful location. It’s a reasonable size and fairly well equipped.

Some of the kitchen equipment is looking a little tired & could do with a refresh.

The location

The cottage was not up to standards of a 4 star accomadation. The accomadation needed a deep clean inside and outside very dissapointed. Please inform the owners
