Water Front APT Walk to the Beach & City Centre

Location of Flat and view is fab. Size of flat. Had balconies for both bedrooms and the lounge. Walk in wardrobe for one room. Three double beds. Value for money is great.

No window that could be opened in one bedroom. There was a door that opened on to the balcony but couldn't leave it open as road noisy. Made the room very warm.

Perfectly situated for access to the town and the beach, View from the balcony was great as well. Apartment had a corner full of toys which was great for our little ones.

Parking could be an issue if you cannot find a space

This is a lovely apartment. Lift access excellent, if a little tight in places. View is good. Co-op downstairs very useful. Furniture in bedroom is lovely. I could actually see in the mirror above the table when seated, which is most unusual! We did not use the cooking facilities, as we were treated to meals out by friends, so cannot comment. Good communication with owner who responded quickly to any query. Instructions for key collection were very clear and accurate.

This is a lovely apartment marred only by the following, when we arrived and checked the apartment. There is no Welcome/instruction manual on the premises, especially instructions for the television and other equipment, should there be a problem, without having to contact host. There were still wet areas in the bath (not dried by cleaners?). No loo roll holder in bathroom and no slip mat for shower. The toilet seat is very loose. There is insufficient cutlery for four guests (only 2 forks). Only few dinner plates (mixed) supplied, one desert plate, no saucers for cups. The kick plate along the front of the kitchen unit fell off when we opened the dishwasher and needs securing. No bread board, no bread bin or bread knife. There are 2 chairs on the balcony, one of which has a broken handle. All of these problems are very easy to fix and would make this apartment more user friendly.
