Everything about our stay was wonderful. Luke was an amazing, conscientious and pro-active host. We loved the location, close to Anfield and easy bus connections into L1. It's a perfect house for a large group, very comfortable and stylish bedrooms, and beds, and 2 lovely and cozy living rooms and a well equipped and sociable kitchen. All 15 of us, loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Wow, what a property! We had such a lovely stay celebrating my sisters hen do. As a group of 18 I was worried about the space but there was more than enough. The property was warm, stylish and clean offering plenty of facilities (everything you'd need for a short stay!) The host went above and beyond for us - thank you for making it a wonderful experience!

We had a brilliant stay at Denham House! I would highly reccomend for any groups looking for a house to stay in! The house boasts personality - there were 14 of us in total - all of different ages and we all loved it! A massive shout out to Luke who looked after us during our stay! We had a couple of minor issues with the heating / WiFi and within an hour Luke was at the house sorting for us - he brought us lots of goodies too which we all massively appreciated! Thanks again Denman House - I’m sure us Sheffield lot will be back again one day! :)

12 of us stayed at this amazing home for a hen do in August 2025. The exceeded everyone’s expectations, it’s absolutely huge, big enough for us all to have our our rooms. The whole house is so beautifully decorated and they’ve thought of everything to make it perfect for a big group (large mirrors in every single room, two huge fridge freezers, towels for everyone, loads of toilet roll). The host met us at the home to hand over the keys and give a general introduction to the property - he was great, so informative and welcoming. It was easy and quick to get in to the centre of Liverpool by taxi. If you’re looking for a big house with loads of character then this is definitely for you!

The location was fantastic, close to Liverpool, plenty of local amenities and places for food. The house itself was beautiful - really spacious, warm, comfortable and our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. All the individual rooms were nicely decorated, and the shared spaces, kitchens, and living rooms were great for group gathering - but the house was big enough you couldn't hear anything going on if you wanted to relax.

The owners of the house are so helpful & kind, they left us a box of croissants & jam in the morning which was a nice touch. The communication with them was great The house is really spacious and the rooms are a good size and clean. The beds were really comfy and the bedding really good quality The house has some lovely features and was perfect for a large group of girls celebrating a birthday I would definitely recommend this property to others!!

Lack of mirrors

Huge house with fantastic amenities. So much room for a big group we were 16 girls for a hen party. Would most definitely recommend and would book again if needed. Sean was lovely at keeping in touch and let us check out slightly later.
