Deluxe Huge Detached House with Parking, sleeps up to 30 people, 2m from Liverpool City Centre

Absolutely massive, brilliant facilities, so close to the centre & easy to get to, everything you need for a weekend stay! The host is absolutely fabulous.

Plenty of bedrooms

Says slept 30 which it would. Unfortunately there would not be enough space in kitchen to eat if you have more than 12. No other place to eat together. Lounge also small if more than 12 No heating down stairs had to call several times in the end got our own engineer to sort One of the smoke alarms in bedroom was bleeping all the time.

The house was absolutely perfect, host was great very quick responses to any questions we had before our stay. The house was very clean and tidy. Couldn’t believe how big it was, all rooms were big, nicely decorated, bright and comfortable. Would 100% book here if there’s a group of us staying in Liverpool. Short taxi into town. Couldn’t have been happier! Thank you for having us

Perfect property for a hen do and prime location for a short taxi into the city. Sean our host was on hand for questions ahead of our stay and was also there to welcome us. Everything we needed was provided and the house was so spacious.

The area around the house wasnt the nicest but we didn’t need to be out of the house so didn’t bother us.

House was great for a big group - very spacious and well maintained, big comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Host was excellent - very quick to respond to queries and accommodating.

The neighbourhood the house is located isn’t very good, the bedroom doors individually lock themselves (this was resolved quickly by the host), cleaners left the dishwasher full of dishes and hadn’t replaced loo rolls in each bathroom for 18 people staying (this was resolved the next day).

Fantastic property not too far from the city centre. Went for my 30th birthday and there was so much space for the 18 of us that went there. Kitchen was huge and the host was really helpful. Someone locked their key in their room at one point and the host was round in 10 minutes to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, the property was really cold, and as the place sleeps 30, but there was only seating in lounge for abbé 14, and the same in the kitchen, there was only 12 dining chairs.

Really big house with loads of rooms, ideal for a big group. Everyone has their own, confortable space. It’s also a quick bus to town (roughly 10mn). The host Sean is absolutely lovely and really arranging.

There was not one space where everyone could fit at once (but we were a big group of 30). The kitchen fits 12+ so that worked well for breakfasts.
