Fantastic location. Easy to collect keys. Contact from owner great…….. until arrival to property. Large lounge and kitchen area

Couldn’t get in contact with owner on arrival for parking instructions. Was meant to access room at 3pm, arrived 3.30 and a cleaner there, was told we couldn’t get in until 4.30! One bedroom door the hinge was broke, making an awful noise when opening/closing. Other bedroom the blind was broke so couldn’t close it. Bath mats on floor in bathroom were wet through so clearly not changed making the bathroom smell awful.pillows really thin and poor quality. Booked for 3 adults and only had 2 towels.
