The Captain's Retreat, Quiet 1 Bed Dog Friendly

Great place. It has everything you would need. Excellent kitchenette and a perfect bathroom. The room is sufficient for two people. The bed was very comfy. The Captain's Retreat is very quiet yet still within driving distance of all local amenities, beaches and coastal areas. Lots of local walks are also available. Would highly recommend.

Perfect compact stay! Very comfortable and everything was provided: tea, coffee, milk for arrival, washing up liquid. Nice local biscuits. Full range of cutlery and utensils; nothing missed. Beautifully quiet countryside and lovely view. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly.

If the ceiling lights had a dimmer switch, I would never have left!

The facilities were clean, withh everything needed gor a very comfortable stay. The beautiful scenery and area, quite location with fantastic views. The access to beach close by and local town and facilities. The property was at the end of a road surrounded by fields, easy access to footpaths for walking the dog. Local pub, the Parlour restaurant and farm shop. We would definitely recommend staying at the Cabins Retreat.

The accommodation was perfect everything we needed. Parking right in front of the property perfect. Location lovely and short walk to a lovely pub. Will definitely go back!!

This is a compact, well appointed property with a very comfortable bed. Ideal for dog owners as there are some great walks right on the doorstep in beautiful countryside. The village pub is a five minute walk and a friendly place for a drink. For food we recommend the Club House at West Bexington (five minute drive) right on the beach with excellent staff and absolutely fantastic food.
