Property nice and clean good location

I got charged twice by the property. And booking . Com booked me in twice for the same night. I have explained this to the property and have not received a refund for the mistake. The property only sent me check in details for 1 room so they no it was a mistake but still no refund. Bitterly disappointed and wownt b staying there again

Close to the tube station. Easy to access

Bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress should be replaced because you can feel every bed spring. The blinds should be changed to black out blinds as well.
