MIA Residence - Entire Studio apartment - City View - London - Next to Ealing Broadway Station

Location was great

Tv didn’t work , bathroom smelt of dampness and mould . Bed was small and uncomfortable . Felt very goal like . No air in the room and leaving the window was so noisy . No enough ventilation.

God beliggenhed i forhold til undergrund/transport og indkøb.

Betydelig mindre lejlighed i forhold til det annoncerede. Rengøring yderst mangelfuld og udstyret meget sparsomt. Ikke rengjort service, så vi måtte købe plastikservice. Udluftningventil på badeværelset tilstoppet af støv og snavs og ingen varmt vand i bruseren.

Lägenhet på 25 m2, men lovat 85m2 i annoncen. Bet för frukost men fick vid två tillfällen levererat 1 limpa bröd,the, cappucinopulver, buller med choklad korn, men inget smör, marmelad ost eller annat till brödet. Badrum och kök mycket smutsigt. Lovat städning dagligen, men ingen städning alls under 6 dagar.

I liked that it had parking

The bathroom smelt like sewage. It was so bad no way could have had a shower in there, struggled to use the toilet it was so bad, no wonder left air freshener in there obviously masking the bad smell. The tv cabinet wasn’t clean, the wall next to the bed had seen better days with marks over. There was only green tea, no breakfast as stated when I questioned they stated they brought a take away breakfast just before check out at 11? What if you was checking out early! There was hairs in the bedding and clothing fluff like the sheets hadn’t been changed since the last people. Springs in the bed very uncomfortable. Seriously contemplated driving back home but I was too tired, tried to book something else but too late didn’t think need to check before went out as the pictures and the reviews seemed fine returned after concert and realised how poor it was. Front door insecure from outside. The cooker top was dirty. The chair wasn’t clean. Nothing like the photos very tired looking and smelly. They asked me to send photos advised couldn’t on the app could they supply an email and no response back. I didn’t get what paid for and unhappy with the stay. Took photos but my camera case handle was causing shadows I will upload them to here as they requested photos and didn’t give me the opportunity to send. Wish I would have taken a photo of the toilet which wasn’t cleaned of the last persons use!

Good location

Absolutely terrible experience. Communication was appalling — no one answered our calls. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty and smelled of damp. The extractor fan in the bathroom was filthy, and later that night, when it started raining, water began leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi at first, and when we finally received the login details , the connection was suddenly cut off again — leaving us, as tourists, without any internet access. The overall experience was very disappointing. The communication with the host or management was simply unacceptable. We felt completely ignored and left to deal with multiple issues on our own. Would not recommend.
