MIA Residence - Entire Studio apartment - City View - London - Next to Ealing Broadway Station

Very convenient location, clean and well presented, had fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, nice towels, toiletries.

Mattress was a bit lumpy and dipped in the middle. Bathroom smelt of damp, though it was clean. Could not adjust the thermostat and towel rail not working so couldn’t dry out wet coat. They had teabags but no coffee, I do t drink tea. 1 knife and fork (2 of us staying) and no t-spoons, but couldn’t make coffee anyway. 1 arm of the chair has lost a screw so couldn’t dry not really lean back on chair for fear of it breaking.

OUR RECENT EXPERIENCE AT MIA RESIDENCE IN LONDON WAS PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTING AND LED US TO OPT AGAINST STAYING OVERNIGHT DUE TO THE UNACCEPTABLE STANDARD OF THE ACCOMMODATION. THE REALITY OF OUR ALLOCATED ROOM FELL SIGNIFICANTLY SHORT OF THE ADVERTISED PROMISE OF A "4-STAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE" AND "COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION." THE ROOM WAS PRESENTED AS AN "ENTIRE STUDIO WITH CITY VIEWS." HOWEVER, THE SPACE WAS REMARKABLY CONFINED, FEATURING A BASIC KITCHEN AREA HASTILY INTEGRATED INTO ONE WALL AND A COMPACT SHOWER ROOM (WITHOUT A BATH) IN ANOTHER. THE OVERALL DIMENSIONS WERE CONSIDERABLY SMALLER THAN ANTICIPATED, RENDERING THE "STUDIO" DESIGNATION MISLEADING. FURTHERMORE, A CRITICAL ISSUE THAT PREVENTED US FROM STAYING WAS THE SEVERELY DAMAGED MATTRESS, WHICH RENDERED THE BED ENTIRELY UNUSABLE FOR SLEEPING. THIS FUNDAMENTAL FLAW MADE A COMFORTABLE NIGHT'S REST IMPOSSIBLE. BEYOND THE ROOM ITSELF, THE NUMEROUS FACILITIES PROMINENTLY ADVERTISED WERE ENTIRELY ABSENT. WE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF A RESTAURANT, BAR, FREE WIFI, CASINO, OR A 24-HOUR FRONT DESK. THE CLAIMS OF A COFFEE SHOP, OUTDOOR SEATING AREA, PICNIC AREA, OR FAMILY ROOMS WERE ALSO UNFOUNDED. THIS SIGNIFICANT DISPARITY BETWEEN THE ADVERTISED AMENITIES AND THE REALITY WAS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. GIVEN THE SUBSTANTIAL INACCURACIES IN THE DESCRIPTION AND THE UNINHABITABLE CONDITION OF THE ACCOMMODATION, WE PROMPTLY DECIDED NOT TO STAY AND WILL BE SEEKING A FULL REFUND. WE WOULD STRONGLY CAUTION OTHERS CONSIDERING THIS ACCOMMODATION TO VERIFY ALL CLAIMS AND MANAGE THEIR EXPECTATIONS ACCORDINGLY. WE CERTAINLY WOULD NOT CONSIDER STAYING HERE IN THE FUTURE. WE ALSO PAID FOR BREAKFAST INCLUDED OF WHICH WE SAW NONE.

So i went to the place which was supposed to include breakfast but instead of breakfast they gave me like 3 pounds worth of tesco bag food and wifi was slowest thing i ever saw it used to show the signal but never used to work. There was no bin bags and the door of toilet is broken the shower is broken too where u change the temperature of water

... requested for extra bed.. last minute , after arrived told me they can NOT.. having g got facilities.. placed smelled gas.. was worried..

Location was close to the train station. It was difficult to find. Not clearly labelled at all.

No bin. No teabags/coffee/sugar. The WiFi was rubbish. I could not watch the TV.
