Desde la entrada con Mario en la zona preferend fue bastante hostil, nunca preguntó si festejabamos algo, Alejandro el concierge su trabajo cumplió pero nada extraordinario No es para que sea un hotel con categoría de diamantes. Totalmente un hotel para público extranjero

The food and service was wonderful. Very attentive staff and a large assortment of delicious restaurants and food options. I also loved my room and the bed/pillows were so comfortable.

It's very loud at all hours of the day and night. You can hear your neighbors through the walls even when they are speaking in a normal tone and you can also hear every footstep they take. They were doing a lot of construction so there was hammering and grinding throughout the day that was distracting and hard to relax through. The secrets and dreams side of the hotel lobbies have 2 distinct scents they push through vents and they are nauseating. I would hold my breath or only breathe through my mouth until I was far enough away from them

Breakfast was always good and the staff were amazing

Our last night the air conditioning stopped working and the ceiling was leaking in our room.

Great location. Perfect beach. Walk to downtown with lots of tourist shops and restaurants. Restaurants at the resort are all high quality with very nice staff. Bars and pools have great staff that will come to get drink orders all the time. The quality of the drinks is very good.

Noise from construction during our stay. It is temporary, probably.

En la parte de pisina no había camastros no había zonas de sombra , y estaban remodelando , un desorden completo ahi

Perfect hotel , excellent service all over., all the employees are very kind and helpful, great food . We enjoyed a lot and we will come again! There were two things that bothered me- the pillows weren’t comfortable and sometimes bad smell in the room
