Staff is amazing!

We had some noise next door that kept us up until 5 am. The hotel security tried to assist. They should have been kicked off property. Hotel did make it right and give us points for our inconveniences

Nice staff around the property, very helpful if you are tipping

Check-in process is predatory. They would not honor a rate booked on booking and instead demanded RACK rates for their property that even the timeshare sales manager , Oscar, called old. I had to ask Oscar and Ileana to please lower their voices during interactions and as managers for the property it was concerning and off-putting as someone at their property to spend money. After making additional bookings and spending money they will treat you kinder but not until the ticket is signed it seems. If you value your time, just pay more and do something nicer

Everything, literally EVERYTHING

Spa was a bit pricey, as well as the laundry services. Room service food was lacking compared to what they offered in their restaurants but not bad by any means.

"Relaxing"

It is very well organized and maintained large resort. Staff are excellent. Strongly recommended

They initially gave us the room with garbage laying around and had welcome card which was not addressed to us. Front desk was able to find another room with upgrade, but took us about an hour to sort things out. It is not close to the old city center where most of the tourists destination are located. You will need to take taxi a lot.
