"Super hotel, great food, great location, fabulous staff, plenty of fun activities but don’t go if you need some peace an"

The hotel is lovely, especially the lobby bar, with stunning views. It’s Right on the beach and all rooms have a sea view. And even better it’s only 5 mins by Uber to Puerto Vallarta which is a super traditional Mexican town with a beautiful promenade and church.

The grounds aren’t that big and so there is no escaping the noise of the entertainment and music in the main pool and swim up bar pool. That said the entertainment team are great fun and there’s a huge selection of activities to suit everyone: water polo, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics, Spanish lessons, dancing lessons, cocktail making, ice bucket challenge!

It was very clean. The staff was nice. I guess we’re very friendly. 

Hi notified the front that my Jacuzzi tub is not working on the first day. I arrive to my trip, notify them every day and it never was fixed and I was not compensated for it which it was part of my fee so I should’ve been able to use it.
