Costas De Liwa Bar & Beach Resort

I like the design of the resort and Plus points because they have swimming pool. I like that there’s so many plants around the resort. And I love the HEATER in the Restroom although it’s for sharing. The food is good.

What I don’t like is the location, It’s pretty far from the beach. I don’t expect that the room is so small just enough to fit the bed and to sleep. I don’t like the tiles in the restroom and it looks dirty. I prefer white glossy tiles instead. And lastly, the parking area is far from the resort.

The property was clean, aesthetically-pleasing, and has everything you’ll need for a comfy stay. For a group of young travelers, the location of the property is okay because we can walk such distance from the beach or from other establishments without a problem. We also like that it has its own pool which is big enough. It’s also nice that it has its own restaurant. The rooms are clean. The beddings and towel smell fresh. The room that we got can comfortably fit up to 5 people.

The water in the bathroom has a rusty smell and taste (I knew about this cos I used it for brushing my teeth). They also only have 2 shared shower rooms and 2 shared toilet rooms. Idk if that would be enough if all their rooms are fully booked on peak season. At around afternoon, the toilet rooms also smell. I hope they regularly clean them throughout the day because it is a shared space

Staffs are nice, the pool and room were clean enough.

It was not properly maintained. Restroom was untidy, the door was broken lock not working. There’s no hook or rack where you can put your clothes and toiletries, even in the room. And the wash area beside the pool is meh, shower head is laying on the floor and has mold.
