VERY RUDE

The guy on the front desk, I think they said was a part owner of the property was NOTTTTT ACCOMODATING. He did not smile at all throughout our stay and he was VERY RUDE. I asked if it is okay to get another towel since it was raining hard and the towel got wet HE RUDELY RESPONDED AND SARCASTICALLY SAID THAT THERE IS A 100 pesos charge. I don’t care if I would spend another 100 for a spare towel but BE RESPECTFUL OR GENTLE AT LEAST WITH YOUR WORDS.

Wifi and there are no water issues.

It was pricey considering it has no beach access. Pool was slippery and the design has a lot of corners which makes it not child friendly. They should consider placing a pool cover. For those who are afraid of frogs and insects I don’t recommend them this place. They also turn off the wifi at night.

Tiny cabins are only meant for sleeping. The customer service should also be improved. The manager/owner was not really friendly during the check-out. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone if you want a stress-free stay.

Tiny cabins are only meant for sleeping. In one cabin, there were ants which prevented my friends from using the loft bed. The customer service should also be improved. Our door knob malfunctioned at the time of stay, but the staff accused us of doing it intentionally. The manager/owner was not really friendly during the check-out. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone if you want a stress-free stay.
