Costas De Liwa Bar & Beach Resort

First off, it was not indicated on the policy that no food and drinks is allowed, it was emailed after booking. It was not refundable so we had no choice but to eat on the beach since we already bought food. I asked about this and they only said if I want to cancel even though they know its not refundable. When we got to the place the parking is too far from the resort. The water on the CR will make you vomit. It smells like rotten fish. We had to use the common CR bc it has less smell but still has smell. We only have to stay for one night, thank god we booked on other place within liwa for our second day. All in all, such a bad experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met, including a few last-minute requests.

The food is good.

Not good as advertised. The cabins are too small. I've been to several glamping sites and cabins, but this is the smallest room I've ever had. You can't even stand inside, which is really uncomfortable. The AC controller is broken, and the CR is dirty. They are aware that we will be there but have not taken the time to clean. Some guests or "so-called co-owners" show little respect to other guests. We assumed wind down was at 10 p.m., but those people kept talking and laughing until 2 a.m. Like, really?! We are on vacation, but we are unable to sleep due to their noises.
