Tennessee Time Out - Entire Cottage Hot Tub, Creek, No Steep Roads

It was close to Pigeon Forge. The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom. It has a fireplace.

There was only one washcloth in the master bathroom and 2 in the guest bathroom. There wasn’t any k cups for coffee. A dollar general is close by so I bought a loofah sponge. We already had coffee with us. Those aren’t deal breakers.

Location- no steep hills to get there!

My family & I came for a quick trip. We wanted to see the Winterfest lights! We loved having our own rooms however lots of things need to be improved with the property. The lighting outside is terrible. The steps to go in the house only the bottom half was lit by motion. The string lights out back did not stay on or the regular light out back. The floors definitely were not mopped well, you could hear & feel your feet sticking to the floors in the kitchen & bathrooms especially! It would’ve also been helpful if the bedrooms had mirrors/dressers. We also had zero access to the garage, which makes no sense. It was a very quiet & nice neighborhood though! Overall it was good, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The house was nice and clean and had plenty of room. Was close to an anything you would need to be close to. Hist were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

The location was great.

The living room remote controls (4) only had one set of batteries. Bathroom sink had a leak underneath which ruined my wife’s makeup. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Patio chairs were ripped and very aged. Garbage can outside was completely full the entire stay. Very DISAPPOINTED!

Not very clean, house smelled like dog pee. The refrigerator stopped working and had to unplug it, and it started cooling. Both tvs in smaller rooms wouldn't work. So that was not fun with younger kids. Batteries needed for remote, maybe? The jetted tub in the bathroom looks gross. The headboard in master bedroom was nasty! Needed to be dusted! Carpets felt unclean. Beds seemed ok but found hair in the sheets. The kitchen seemed clean? Bedrooms are pretty small and cramped, mainly the master! Outside needs some TLC. The hot tub seemed clean, hopefully.

We enjoyed the space a lot. We are Full Time RV so having space to stretch out was a nice change.

Well stocked and amazing location. Minutes from the parkway. Host was exceptional to work with and accommodated us adding a last minute extra night. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and the property was great for our family. The neighbors were absolutely amazing at recommending places to visit. We are always down for rod run and this has been one of the best and cleanest stays we have had. Amazingly priced. Comfortable and extremely cozy and beautifully decorated.
