House had lots of gnats I believe it was from the dish washer. House was very clean otherwise.

We loved the location! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place close to town.

There were ants in the house and floors were not clean.

It was a 20-something year old house in a neighborhood. There were views only of an RV park nearby, not of any water or mountains. We arrived to find beds dirty with used linens, and nothing had been cleaned. Upon calling the host, we were told to leave and come back 2 1/2 hours later so a crew could arrive to clean it. They did. However, there were countless, steep steps to climb to get to door (dark at night—no one with any arthritis or mild disability could possibly navigate them), and you had to descend them to unload your car AND go to hot tub around the corner of the house, which meant you had to walk down the front of the house in wide open public viewing to get to it. Then, there were no steps to get up and into hot tub. There was feces smeared on the Master bathroom wall. Not even kidding! One of the bathroom sink stoppers wouldn’t close, and the whirlpool bath tub didn’t work. The shower curtain rod in the Master bath was rusted. We would’ve been far better going to a hotel for the cost, and it was not at all what people would expect for what we paid. We did ask for a credit for our inconvenience in having to wait for cleaning crew, but her verbal agreement was never followed through.

It was a great place to stay, very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The community and communication as well as the cleanliness, amenities. Also how it wasn't in the heart of all the hustle and bustle but still close to everything.

The stairs and that we didn't have use of the garage.
