Tennessee Time Out - Entire Cottage Hot Tub, Creek, No Steep Roads

The parking and the road to Get there was crappy

Loved the location of the cabin, not far from town. The cabin itself was very clean and just had a comfy vibe to it. Enjoyed our stay very much.

That we could not stay longer.

Very clean! Perfect location, no steep driveways.

The property was a close drive to down town Pigeon Forge.

Had lots of steps and 2 of the steps are very weak and needs replaced. Not very roomy for everyone that it accommodates. Not much sitting room inside. Had a window boarded up due to it being busted out. The AC quit working during our stay and it was 80 degrees in the house. The host said no one could come out until the next day by then it was time for us to check out. My Son had to try to get it working by doing what the host told him to do via text messages and when he opened where the AC is at it was so filthy and dusty that no wonder the AC quit working. The filter was filthy and too big for what it called for. It’s a fire hazard! Even the dryer vent was plum full of lint. This place isn’t good for handicapped and the disabled.

Location great. Very easy to get to not for from store no mountains to climb til you get to house the the stairs at the house was awful ………

The steps need replacing they are rotten. The fruit flies was a nightmare. Couldn’t use hot tub not in a convenient spot for the location the porch and stairs was the worse lots of rotten boards.. also outside chairs was broke couldn’t use . There was trash ever where in the yard we picked up most didn’t want them to think we did it.

This was a last minute booking as we arrived in TN and were unable to navigate the steep driveway to our previous rental (van was loosing traction and sliding backwards). We found this property and booked it very last minute. The online communication was amazing, from booking to getting the access code everything was done within an hour. Upon arriving at the home we fell in love with the little community and privacy it offered from the city. Great location, minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. Krogers is just 5 minutes away for groceries! To enter the home we used a key code and upon opening the door we began to explore, wife, kids and pet, everyone's curiosity set in. The kitchen space along with dining was more than adequate and complete with everything needed to cook/serve a nice home meal. Kids had their own rooms, spacious with dressers and every room had a TV (kids loved that). Bathrooms were well maintained and came with towels. There is a washer/dryer so that was nice as well. Overall this place was very family cozy! Outside grill, fire pit, chairs, and swinging bench to enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. Surrounded by tall trees so privacy is not an issue. Would highly recommend staying here and looking forward to our next trip!!!!
