Tennessee Time Out - Entire Cottage Hot Tub, Creek, No Steep Roads

Very peaceful and tranquil. Centrally located yet country living. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were firm yet soft and comfortable. Nice area to explore, especially by the creek. Trolley stop for Gaitlinberg was within walking distance. It is a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I enjoyed staying behind to swing on the porch swing while they returned to a shopping area we explored the day before. We enjoyed the adequately furnished kitchen and dining areas for breakfast and dinner. This saved us about 1500 dollars on food. Laundry area was an added bonus that saved us from having to drive home with loads of dirty laundry.

The pictures are very misleading, a couple things it showed a pac man game in the kitchen that was not there, there was another game, but we were looking forward to pac man. The cleanliness was not great most dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use, the floor felt gross. On to the outside , only way in was up two flights of stairs, that was not stated that was the only way in, if I had known that as someone with major back problems I would have not booked this property. The steps up to the entrance need some work, they bend as you walk on them, very sketchy. The outside lights barely work, half of them don’t , but the ones that do , don’t stay on. The hottub had rust in it, and no steps to get in to it , so it was very hard to get into it. The dryer inside the house barely works , it took three times to get a small load of laundry dry. Communication was awful, I messaged the host to see if it would be okay if my sister and her husband stayed with us for a night, and never got anything back, so they came on up there, but I would have liked to know it was okay before they came tho. Overall I would not book this place again until it was updated and cleaned properly, we had good family time , but wish we had chose a better property.

The property was in a good location. Nice place. Property Manager or owner does not communicate well. We arrived at the place asking to have an early check in (Noon), she wouldn’t. We were there, the house was cleaned but she made us wait until 3pm. After a long trip that was a bit crappy. I could understand if the place wasn’t clean but whatever we waited. Finally at 3 we tried get in and the code was not working. I called her and did not get a response until 5:30. There was no WiFi password. Needed it so my son could do his homework, did not get a response until night time. When we left I told my wife not to wash the dishes, and didn’t to some basics before leaving…… boy she communicate right away with us. This was my 5th time in Pigeon Forge, probably the least pleasant place and communication was bad. Better places to stay.

Very poor communication

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house and grounds.

Mold and grim in the spa tub, did not want to use because it looked bad. Carpet felt dirt, like an someone tried to clean it but left it wet and not fully cleaned.
