Very nice location. Beautiful dome shaped room. Friendly welcome and staff.

We didn’t like the mattress (too soft), the bedsheets became uncovered during sleeping so we woke up on the mattress without any cover.

Very clean and new room. Good location to walk to Matera.

The property was well located and the pool is a nice bonus. The hosts kindly let us check out a little later to store our bags. Tip: inform the hosts of your arrival time, we accidentally overlooked this and this was on us. Given it is self check in we didn’t receive instructions or a code until after we arrived and I attempted to check in. The host was very responsive and had good communication to assist us with this. Again, this was on us as they did request for us to inform them of our arrival time. Even though we had only a 1 night stay the hosts didn’t arrange for the pool to be serviced/refilled to be in working order until 2pm, this takes 90 minutes and we weren’t able to use it until 4pm.

It would be useful to have a kettle and toaster for guests to utilise.

- Parking is private, you have to pay €10 each day, or park 10 minutes away (by foot), which we did and that was fine. - Uninviting living room. - Coffee machine was leaking.

It was renovated recently and clean. 15 minute walk to the center of town. Parking in the above street with 8 euros per night in next to gas station

The apartment was in the basement with no windows, balcony or physical light and it was not mentioned in the description. The stairs were narrow and steep.

Good location, nice querky place to stay close to old town, newly converted to accommodation. Quiet and easy to find.

Lack of essential kitchen equipment like a bread knife, wine glasses, bottle opener. Place could do with more kitchen kit especially when kitchen is offered to use. No salt pepper, basics. Parking is on the back street, not where entrance is which is restricted entry for ztl zone and risking a fine if you miss the sign and can't read italian but you follow the maps to the address.
