Lovely cool apartment with vaulted ceilings close to the Sassi area of Matera. Modern styling, excellent bathroom. Easy access using keysafe, clear instructions for entry supplied. Many good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Spacious apartment perfect for a couple and well located at approximately 10 min walk from the sasso Caveoso part of town. Everything clean and renovated with air conditioner (in June). Free water bottle in the fridge. Easy communication.

A bit difficult for taxis to reach due to the way of the roads around if you’re coming from the train station. Communication was mostly via Whastapp but would have preferred via Booking app to keep it within the same platform.

Really nice place. Unusual great design. Airconditioning is done in a very smart way - is blows upwards(not in your face like in other places). Quiet with good sound insulation. Kitchen is good - we cooked all three days of staying there. It looks like it is at the outskirts, but it's not - it is in 50 meters away from the best photospot and in 10 minutes walk from any place of interest.

Cutting board was missing at the kitchen. Some baby-birds of swallow fell out of the nest and later were eaten by local cats - my wife fell sorry about them(( Though it has nothing to do with the apartment.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean.

The bedroom has no window, which may be uncomfortable, but you don't come to Matera to spend time in apartment.

The apartment was super stylish and the location perfect for exploring town.
