Location was close to the Sassi - walking distance. There is a supermarket close by. Parking wise need to walk a short distance - few minutes and becareful where you park as there is a short period parking closeby that you don't want to be trapped. The host guided as to how to collect the keys. The kitchen would have benefited with more utensils. Our apartment was located on the ground level (not lower ground), musty wasn't much of an issue if ventilated well and heater on.

The kitchen would have benefited with more utensils. There was no microwave or toaster. No kitchen knives. Basic pots and pans, forkes/spoons/butter knives/laddles.

Sarah was great. The pool was awesome. I think you need more towels as we showered before dinner then needed dry towels after using the grotto pool.

Garbage can labels need to also be in English and the coffee pot sorta leaked out the back onto the floor. I wipped up the water. The shower head needs to be more adjustable up and down and you need to have somewhere to put the soap other than the floor. I’d suggest getting a fixture that hangs from the shower hardware

The style and location of the apartment were fabulous

I loved everything about this property, never stayed anywhere quite like it, so unique. Super clean, convenient location, excellent communication and extremely quiet and comfortable! I would recommend anyone to stay here and hopefully I will be returning again in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Clean, close to Sassi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was exactly as shown in on line photos.

A kettle and microwave is practical for us travellers. Quick cup of tea and warm up meals from supermarket.

Very nice location. Beautiful dome shaped room. Friendly welcome and staff.

We didn’t like the mattress (too soft), the bedsheets became uncovered during sleeping so we woke up on the mattress without any cover.

Very clean and new room. Good location to walk to Matera.
