Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee. - Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm -7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. -This property uses a CCTV/Ring Camera to ensure the security of the guest. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live, some are visual deterrents only. -This property is using a noise detecting technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
