Modern and new. Next to a convenience store and opposite a bus stop into the city. Most necessities available. The customer care staff were very responsive by email and phone. I think they’ve outsourced the customer service staff to overseas call centres but it worked well.

Unclean is some areas. A small shard of broken glass cut me a little - thankfully not one of my kids. And the rug was revoltingly filthy with other people’s hair and dust on it. We ended up rolling it up and leaving it in a corner. Booked to stay for 3 weeks but told there was no cleaner visiting and no basic cleaning equipment was provided. When I raised this with them a sweep and a dustpan and brush were provided. There was a daily smell of cannabis being smoked by one of the occupants of one of the apartments. That was disappointing.

Clean appartment clean kitchen, well stocked.

Very hot rooms, only 1 fan, no aircon so you have to leave windows open in summer. This brings in the busy road noise and deliveries to the COOP so unable to sleep. Either too hot or too noisy. We also asked for a shower towel for 1 of us as we only got 4 for 5 people. Then there was an insane verification process to try and get one (which we never got!) Also the front door broke our last night so guest were buzzing us to help as the agents were not answering.

The shower/tub combination was built too high. It would be difficult for an elderly or physically challenged person to get in and out of the shower. Additionally, the way the glass is positioned, a lot of water spills onto the floor when the shower is in use.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Communication with them was brilliant, and check-in was easy.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from other people in the apartment block in the early hours of the morning. Also a lot of traffic noise could be heard. I would also recommend that the blinds were changed to black out blinds.

The apartment was very clean and presentable. It's location was easily accessible to supermarkets and the town centre. Also beds and furniture were comfortable, good overall environment and friendly neighbours.

Some pillows were a little unclean, bed sheet had a previous minimal rip and a single blind was broken

The property is very clean and lovely environment and I will advise anyone to stay here

I feel things should be checked especially chairs

My family and I liked everything about the property. Clean, had everything a house has. Shops near by which makes it convenient. Free parking as we drove. The property was near to the family members we were visiting, Easy to access the keysafe. We would recommend the property to friends and family.

Only one small thing we didn't like. There was no mirrors in the bedrooms. Myteenage daughters were asking.🤣
