the bed and bedding were worn to a frazzle The mattress was worn out. the pillows were old and smelled of old worn out bedding. I have stayed here on many occasions and never once felt like the facilities were taking advantage of me. I am a UVC member and disappointed with the care given to replace bedding and beds with quality. it means everything.

Lots of choices for buffet breakfast and our waiter Yusef for 2 days is very attentive with our needs. Even taught us how to speak Spanish. All the hotel restaurants serves delicious food.

You need to book ahead of time at least 48 hours to get a decent time for dinner in the restaurant.

The location was nice and clean but remote from ANYTHING else. If you wanted to go to Cabo San Lucas, you will have to take a taxi to do so. There is no walking around anywhere, you're stuck and can only go the neighboring property. Not ideal at all.

I did not like the deceitful nature of the staff when checking. We had communicated with the property asking about all-inclusive packaging and then were told ours did not include it and we had to pain an extra ~$1600 making this THE most costly vacation. It completely soured our experience there and we will not return to an property owned by The Villa Group. Absolutely disgusted and they put all of the blame of booking our trip through a third party vendor, namely Booking.com. They stated that this wouldn't have happened if we booked directly. I could go on and on over completely helpless feeling we faced with our 6 yhr old son upon check in late in the evening.

Restaurants were very nice.

Location of the room was in a terribly noisy place with cooling towers right next to the room. When we first walked in, we could smell a musty moldy smell and asked to be moved to another room. Because they were so busy and had alot of rooms out of order for painting, they could not accommodate us. Eventually because I could not find anywhere else to stay (Manager didn't seem to care if we left or not. The Manager even challenged us that the room did not smell bad)...why on earth would anyone make that up!! I requested a stand up fan and left the sliding glass doors open, and that seemed to help.

the room and view was perfect!
