great beach location, clean, close to downtown

put 1 st floor, facing away from the ocean but looking at the street, room was next to some kind of machine, so loud, couldn’t use balcony

"We love the Arco, but did not enjoy our extra 2 day stay due to the inconvenience of painters."

The breakfast was wonderful and perfect setting looking out at the arch. It was costly at $44 per person.

The room we had was being painted on the outside, so the painters were on our balcony and on ladders for two days, therefore we did not get to use the spacious balcony to relax and enjoy.

"Beautiful people, great food, amazing view"

At first the price seemed extreme for the all inclusive rate. However, immediately we were treated like royalty, all the food and drinks were delicious, high quality and endless. Regular prices are high, at the resort and in town! The serving staff were amazing and genuinely friendly. They celebrated my birthday 5 times 🥳

So, the 9 rating is ONLY because the front desk/lobby staff were cold and impersonal. Except for Monse and Kevin, the rest need a lesson on customer service from the serving staff!
