- It’s very kids friendly. The pool is made of a material (like small rocks) and it avoid slips and falls. Most of the pools have water around the waist of an adult; - There are many activities by the pool - Mostly of the food is amazing! Highly recommend the tacos and quesadillas at the Taco Bar and the dinner at South American Grill

- They don’t offer transfer from the airport. - They don’t give you enough info when you arrive at the hotel. For example, they told us that we had to have dinner reservations, but when we called the restaurant, they told us it was walk in - The hotel is under renovations. Some elevators are not working (so maybe you have to walk a lot untill find a working elevator) and the working elevators are really old. - Even if the restaurant is not full, the services are slow (prepare to wait around 30 minutes for the food) - There are not enough waiters around the pool - It says all inclusive, but somethings are only for elite members (tables with a great view, beach chairs and more) - We stayed there for two days and they took a long time to go clean the room. The second day they went around 4pm, the baby was sleeping and we had to stay with the room as it were - The restock from the amenities at the room is really poor

The tiny birds are quite aggressive so guard your chips and guacamole.

Free breakfast not provided, self parking a walk from the main property. Price is high for a property that is not all inclusive.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is so beautiful. The staff were excellent and treated us very well. The beds are very comfortable with high thread sheets. Rooms and hotel are very clean.

Not many food selections for children. The pool should be open 24 hours or ant least until 12am instead it closes at 8pm. Pool is not heated, if it is heated it doesn’t really feel like it. The elevators take very long and seem not to function properly. The air conditioning in our room did not work.

The breakfast menu had a large variety of high quality food. The service was excellent. The pool staff promptly met all of our needs. Everything we requested was fulfilled with no hesitation.

There is nothing to comment about,

Rooms were big and comfortable. Food was good (but don't forget to make reservations before 5pm or else will have to wait to be seated). Facilities were nice and clean. Staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Not much. Perhaps that we have to return the towels, lol. Seriously, great stay except sound of construction is ongoing.
