The staff was helpful

Kept hearing the word ‘elite’ for this and that. Designated places, restaurant spots, the staff was kind enough to give us slippers for the room but in the beginning they said it was for ‘elite’ :) We took an all inclusive plan but had to sign for anything and everything we did. Felt awkward and this was the first time for me to have to do that and I’ve stayed in all inclusive hotels in Mexico before. Also we had to wait in queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner while having all inclusive and they had a premium menu with extra cost, felt like all inclusive plan is never enough. Had to walk to take an uber while it was raining because of the stupid rule that they can drop off but cannot pick up, so inconvenient.

Such an amazing place! No crazy party people (not our scene) chill music playing to relax too, felt very 1st class!!!

Didn't like that they have time share people promoting but I guess its a big business
