"Great hotel, great location but mostly bad service"

Location, bedroom/suite, breakfast was decent

staff at checkin wasn’t friendly, tried to sell us time shares and waste our time, service at the pool restaurant was awfully slow Cold water in the bathtub, not great for a spa

The property is in a terrific location to walk the beach to shopping or restaurants. Really enjoyed the tram service to and from the market and other restaurants. Enjoyed participating in the fun pool activities and just relaxing in the hot tubs.

We felt the noise from guests talking in the corridors while passing by could be a bit disruptive at times. Also the various service carts tend to rather loud. Perhaps better sound proof doors at the entrance to the unit.

I didn’t like the fact that you get all inclusive but no liquor in the room and you can only order two drinks

Breakfast was fantastic. Every day the buffet was delicious with many food selections. The service was wonderful. Watching the ocean while eating and drinking coffee was amazing.

"Great staff and great location"

The valet parking was amazing every time. I can’t say one name because we interacted with many of them and every time they were so helpful. Great job to the Valet group. Kevin the waiter,service was amazing. He really cared to give us great service. All the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful. To the housekeeper that cleaned our room everyday , great job as well. I can see the price goes to keep great staff and clean/kept properly

The concierge meeting after check in was just too much. We had everything pre-paid and she just didn’t get it. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. So that made us not want to reach out to the concierge for the rest of the stay.

"HORRIBLE"

The staff was the most rude, so unfriendly and not ready to even negotiate with anything. Will Never recommend this hotel to anyone

The front desk staff to start with was horrible. The manager was worse. They have no smile, no sense of customer service at all, They put all friends in 3 different corners of the hotel in spite of requesting so many times. One of the rooms was leaking and they NEVER even came to look at it
