FLH - Central Flat in Bairro Alto

Directly above a club that plays super loud music till 3 am, people yelling and screaming in the street till 5am. The windows to the balcony dont latch and blow open so you can clearly hear everything happening on the street below. Drug dealers and bar girls harass you the moment you step on to the street. The street the room is on is inaccessible by car. The room itself was dirty and it was evident the bedding hadn't been washed. Multiple things in the room are in disrepair. Despite having to download another app and reaching out to the property ahead of time we had to stand on the street for nearly an hour before we received instructions on how to get in the room.

La posizione dell'immobile viene presentata come un punto di forza, ma in realtà si traduce in un'esperienza estremamente penalizzante. Situato nel cuore del Barri Alto, si trova letteralmente sotto locali della movida che rimangono aperti fino a tarda notte, rendendo pressoché impossibile riposare. L'appartamento, inoltre, versa in condizioni ben lontane da quelle che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva: gli ambienti risultano datati e poco curati, con un livello di pulizia decisamente insufficiente. Le finestre sono di fatto inutilizzabili, poiché affacciano a pochissima distanza dai motori degli impianti di climatizzazione dei locali vicini, che immettono costantemente aria calda e rendono impossibile arieggiare gli ambienti. Il bagno merita una menzione a parte: il mobile del lavabo è deteriorato e in evidente stato di degrado, mentre il lavandino presenta danni visibili. Ancora più sconcertante è stato trovare saponette già utilizzate da precedenti ospiti lasciate sul posto, dettaglio che trasmette una sensazione di scarsa igiene e di totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno profondamente deludente, caratterizzato da una evidente discrepanza tra le aspettative legittime di un ospite e la realtà riscontrata. Personalmente non tornerei e non mi sento di consigliarlo.

The flat was opposite a night club / bar that played loud music until 2am every night, despite advertised rules about us having to be quiet in the apartment between 8pm and 8am. The door seals on the balcony were so bad and / or the amount of smoking outside the night club / bar below was so bad, we could smell cigarette smoke in the lounge room of the apartment at night. The place wasn't well maintained - the towel rail and soap dispenser in the bathroom were both broken, and the plug for the kitchen sink was broken.

La situation au centre ville

Le logement est situé dans la rue des bars en face d’un bar. Bruit et boîte de nuit jusqu’à très tard. Pas de réelle insonorisation Plutôt culotté de nous avoir fait un message pour nous demander de respecter le calme et les voisins en évitant de faire du bruit !! Le logement est sommaire pas très confortable , nécessite de la rénovation. On pas vu l’hôte seulement des messages.

No se puede dormir está en zona de ambiente nocturno, desde las 19 horas hasta las 3 de la mañana imposible dormir Ideal si vas en plan juerga

Il est vrai que pour des personnes qui recherchent le calme cet appartement peut être bruyant. Nous qui avons 70 ans avons apprécié sa situation en plein centre ville dans la rue la plus animée je pense de Lisbonne. Mais aucune insécurité, de la jeunesse qui s'amuse sans excès genant pour les autres, que des gens sympathiques ....
