Terima kasih,penginapan selesa,ada 3 bilik,setiap bilik ada toilet,bersih,sesuai utk family..parking free dan mudah.,self check in, ada lift,harga berpatutan,penerangan yg jelas dari owner,,bayar hanya sekali semasa booking online.ada kolam renang anak-anak suka.tq👍

It’s cheap

So because it’s cheap, still it’s complicated because the place is creepy and scary look like an abandoned apartment.

I was not able to get a response from my attempt to call the property unit contact number nor any response to the WhatsApp message I sent to the WhatsApp number listed for the above Pavilionvilllie unit M1T570. As such I was not able to obtain the relevant guidance on how to check in to the property unit despite I have arrived at the unit entrance, Several call attempts were made to the phone number +6011-72397330 but nobody picked up the phone call, I had also sent several Whatsapp message to the same Whatsapp number +6011-72397330 but did not receive any response and reply in the WhatsApp. As such, at the end, we were not able to check-in the property unit because we were not able to get help to obtain the door and gate key without the key storage box password and wooden door password and/or key for check-in to the house for our stay during 28Feb2026 to 1Mar2026. We would appreciate it if you would assist or the property management team member would be able to respond to our request for refund of fee that had already been charged to my payment card. Eventually, we got no choice but to switch to other hotel accommodation in Ipoh town that offer walk-in service. We hope that we can make a request for a post-event refund process from Pavilionvillie M1T570 by irainbow after finish our trip. Thank you very much.

cleanliness of the room and the homestay itself is good.. but not for the apartments. better get the management to take a good action on that to maintain the security and the cleanliness of the entire building and surrounding area. thank you
