The Agents House, Bed & Breakfast

An excellent stay from start to finish. The location was perfect, and the accommodation was spotless. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout our visit. Breakfast was outstanding; fresh, delicious and expertly prepared, so compliments to the chef. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

The hosts were amazing, so accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the homemade sourdough perfect! It was a lovely overnight stay, we would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hosts were lovely and friendly, and also kind enough to let me check in late. There were a number of options for breakfast and I'd recommend the scrambled duck eggs on toast. Handy location less than a fifteen minute drive from the Hay Festival site and easy to find. The bedroom and bathroom had handy amenities and both were much larger than I expected; it felt more like a suite than a room.

We were bowled over by the scenery and location of the property. It was extremely comfortable and met every need. WE also loved the canine greeting - very friendly!

A delightful stay in a most beautiful spot. James and Fiona were such friendly hosts. Only sad we couldn't stay longer. We loved the dogs Lola and Pablo and cat Chutney. Excellent breakfast too - have never eaten duck eggs before.

Breakfast was perfectly cooked, the location is perfect, beautiful countryside.

Breakfast was excellent. Portions as you desired. Very convenient to Hay on Wye.
