A46 - Oliveira Downtown Apartment

Велика квартира, гарне ліжко. Були всі приблри для того, щоб готувати , також пральна машинка. Розташування в центрі. Сподобалося.

WiFi працював тільки у вітальні біля дверей, в спальні доводилося використовувати свій інтернет. Також був поганим душ, з маленьким напором.

The location is perfect: in the downtown centre. 10 mins to a bus station to Lisbon or to Faro airport, 20 mins to a train station. 7 mins to the nearest Potatoes and Students beaches. There are many nice restaurants and cafes near the apartment. It was always quiet, any voice from the streets. All apartment windows are on the back side of the central walking street. It's a very quiet place to stay. It was a well cleaned apartment with white linen bed and white towels. The boiler worked properly, I had warm-hot water!!! There are 2 extra electric radiators to hit during cold nights (I was in the end of April 27 for 5 nights.) There is a terrace with a table and a sun bed.

The good speed of the internet was only in 2 places: in the living room and in the kitchen. This apartment has not the internet in other places. No towels in the kitchen. No towel near the shower on the floor. No sponge to wash dishes. No warm blankets to use during cold nights, only one sheet on the top of the bed.

Insgesamt gute Ausstattung, geräumiges Apartment mit guter Lage!!

There was later check-in. In general 4 pm for the check in is kinda late, then they told us our apartment wont be ready at this time and we should have to come later. Looking the door is so complicated. At the beginning U thought we wont be able to lock the door at all. So I called them and custodian came, but he didnt speak English, just Portugese. (In the end I found the way How to lock it, but didn’t feel comfortable at all)

It was not as clean as should have been - microwave interior dirty - entry door VERY diffficult to unlock and lock. No pillowcases on secondary pillows - no dishcloth or dish towels - the electric kettle was leaking and needs replacement.

Läge och bekvämt rum. Det är inte det lyxigaste boendet, men det är inte en besvikelse.

No air conditioning washer broken just two towels. Very misleading in bookings ad

Lokalizacja

Pomieszczenie nie było czyste i wszystko było stare. Oprócz tego kluczę trzeba odebrać z zupełnie innej lokalizacji i tylko w konkretnych godzinach, bo inaczej będzie absurdalna dopłata. Bardzo wiele restrykcji i uwag, że za wszystko nie tak trzeba będzie dopłacać, a miejsce wcale nie było zadbane.
