Guests highly rate the great communal areas and frequently praise the comfortable beds.
GBGood value for money, very affordable and visually appealing and clean.
Location was a bit awkward, but not an issue, the key pad for the doors where an adjustment to get used to, as we accidentally deadlocked ourselves out of the room. Only thing I would say was an issue is there was no desk to sit down and be able to do my make up. Other than that it was a perfect room.

Everything! I booked a room here and when I arrived there was somebody sleeping in the room already! I had no where else to stay that night so I slept in my car. I asked for a refund which was refused! Don't book here and I definitely don't recommend it. I understand mistakes happen but then to refuse me a refund is terrible.
GBThis place is a hidden gem really quiet location close to a small supermarket kebabs pizza fish and chips keeping it in a great location for your run of the mill supplies very clean and fresh feel to complement the surrounds would not hesitate to book again the kitchen and utensils are immaculate and the price is spot on 👌👌👌👌

GBLocation is great as are the facilities
The skylight needs a curtain or blind over it
GBStayed here with my partner three times now, and we're likely not done yet. Coming back for more should be a pretty straight forward sign of the quality of our stay. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and a sense of security have all been great benefits to a comfortable get away. We've ended up staying in all three of the different rooms and can attest to each being just as good as the last.
Only thing I could really point out as being bad about our stay would be the lack of hand wash in the double room's en suite. That and the toilet flushes rather loudly.

GBThe Shower was the most amazing shower I have ever had. The bed was lovely and the sofa was large! The communal area was like a jungle full of lovely plants and furniture.
Oddly there is no wardrobe space at all. That’s the only thing that stopped me giving a ten.
TRWe liked the location, it was very quiet.
The roof window needs a blind over it, at 5:30am it was very light in the room even on an overcast morning. If we were staying more than one night this would have been a problem for us. The TV wasn't tuned in to live channels so only way of watching anything was through iPlayer or itvx but due to the internet speed this wasn't viable. Instructions on how to lock the room when going out could be provided, we did work it out though.

The door lock system was hard to get working for a 71 year old technophobe. Getting in the building was ok but for the room door the instructions were poor. No staff were on site. The shared kitchen facilities were unexpected but ok. Perhaps put images on line and explain.
GBLovely accommodation, really tranquil and clean. Lovely area too
Nothing to not like. I wished there was a fridge in the room for milk and snacks but didnt ruin the stay.
