Makati amazing view Penthouse studio, Air Residence, fast internet

The location is excellent — very convenient and accessible. It’s close to the hospital, which was a big plus for us since we have a sick patient to visit everyday, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Ideal for those needing to be in the area for medical reasons.

The place itself was quite unorganised. The lighting was dim, and several listed items were missing upon arrival (no kettle, slippers, robe). The bed frame was also broken, which made our stay uncomfortable. Vacuum cleaner wasn't working well. Communication with the owner was difficult, which added to the frustration.The reception staff was also not friendly, and it was challenging to bring in visitors even for a short time.

Security and front desk people were very nice very accommodating lobby was nice and clean.

Suite was all damaged, not cleaned when you first walk in the suite looks clean, but once you’re in the suite, it is very dirty. Needs detailed cleaning done. There was streaks going down the walls. There were bugs flying around in the suite we had to go buy some spray to kill. The air conditioner leaked water, the window latch was broken. Owner said she would send somebody to fix it and never did. it was very hard to get a hold of the owner. When we went to check in they didn’t have our paperwork also beware if you want to use the swimming pool you have to pay an extra 150 pesos each time you want to use the pool. It was a terrible place to stay. This suite has lots of wall damage shelves were falling off the walls the shelves were held on by adhesive tape. Do not recommend this suite for anyone. we ended up leaving early paid 3 extra days for nothing because the air conditioner was leaking water and was not being fixed.

Unit was located on the top floor. It takes sometime to go to the ground floor.

Loved my stay in this 58th-floor apartment with breathtaking city views! Fast internet made work calls seamless, and the 8th-floor pool and park area became my favorite evening retreat. The location is ideal - a 20-minute walk to Greenbelt malls, with House of Sushi nearby offering amazing food and service, plus a fantastic Nuat Thai Premier massage studio right in the building.

The downside was the expensive gym options in the area and area itself around the building. Not a big deal if you like to walk :)

I don't recommend going to Makati or Manila. Scams everywhere, arrogant and top many proud people. Communication was bad we had a late check in because of a guest but there was no response from the owner. I have traveled all over the world this is the first place (both the place and city) I can wholeheartedly say I do not recommend nor will I ever come back. Think twice.
