Makati amazing view Penthouse studio, Air Residence, fast internet

When we arrived, the room was very dirty, so instead of checking in at 2 pm, it was delayed until 6 pm because they had to call the cleaning staff. There's a broken TV, and the kitchen utensils has rust, plus there's no rice cooker. No parking , we have to pay 3k for parking overnight for 2 days , what a bad experience

7 I enjoyed the property for the price I basmml cooked every morning and evening for breakfast and dinner and overall it was a very convenient and serve the purpose that I needed I have no complaints

I really don't want to give what I didn't like being positive but there was issues that operation of the overhead exhaust that I did not understand how to work the pillows in the room were not cleaned did not have enough linen to change the bed and it would have cost had problems finding the laundry facility on the second floor of the building but after a week or so everything fell into place and I really start to figure things out and made it more comfortable to the standards that it was meant to be

I was expecting a sofa bed but it turns out it's just a simple sofa.... the smart tv so slow and there is no admin on that day for me to get a coupon for the pool. if i only knew I should get it or asked for it a head

Fast internet. Convenient location where supermarket, paid laundry service & restaurants were nearby. Has a fairly concealed safe for valuables. Location is at the 58th floor of the bldg. which gave a nice view of Makati.

Power outlet for the work desk was not near. It was diagonally across the room. TV was a smart TV that had streaming apps built in but it did not have an antenna, or other means to capture local channels. We were given 1 physical key. It would have been a convenience if it had a keypad for instances when our party separated and would come back at different times. When we first arrived, I did not clearly read the notes from the host requiring us to give copies of our ID's prior to arriving as part of the bldg's occupancy requirement. Upon arrival, I sent my ID's via Viber & via the Booking.com website. Response from host had some lag time as the host is based out in Europe (Spain, I think) so responses are delayed due to time zone differences. Bec of the uncertainty of when the response was going to come in and that we were tired from our long flight, we ended up booking a 1 night stay at a different hotel until things were sorted out next day. In fairness, these details (ID requirement & host being in Europe) were given to us before hand by the host. It would have been an ideal if the host was locally based. There was 1 instance where we contacted the host in the afternoon for a clogged toilet issue. The host's different time zone made us a little worried of the response time but she responded within a few minutes.

Bldg was right in the middle of CBD and accessible to my appointment places. The lounge area was a great place to read or catch up with some paperworks. Check-in was fast and smooth. I appreciate the use of folding table to create more space and less cluttered. Kitchen amenities were provided and functional, internet connection was good. Although host was not there physically as he lives in Europe, he was very responsive to my queries and requests. Had an issue with the funky smell of the beddings and pillows, but host assisted with my request of new pillow covers.

Hopefully the housekeeper will be able to relate my observations to the host, mostly about the beddings. Would be great if pillows were ergonomically suitable,not necessarily the expensive types but thick enough to support the neck when sleeping.

The owner is very responsive, and even the staff. They instructed me accordingly from check in to check out

I have reported to the owner all I noticed while we were staying. 1. The faucet in the toilet is dripping 2. The study table can't be used Here is some feedback that wasn't able to be reported to the owner. 3. And the pillow is not soft, and I think it's old. 4. The sofa bed is hard, we are not comfortable sitting while watching. So we sit on the floor. 5. There's no Netflix

Perfectly located, you'll find 24/7 shops around (Mall on ground level), good and cheap restaurants. Safe area. Amazing view from 58th (last) floor of the building.
