Internet was indeed very fast and stable. Huge plus for me. It's a standard Manila Condo but with an amazing view since its literally on the top floor. Location is perfect in the center of Makati and the mall has everything you need. Highly recommended.

No accesible balcony. Hair dryer did not work.

The views from the 58th floor apartment

When we arrived at 3pm we found the room clearly occupied. When we mentioned that we had a reservation, the tenants hurried to clean the room and leave it empty. Even so, we weren't able to get in until an hour and a half later.

The apartment is very well located in Makati, the views are incredible and the are is great as you are close to a lot of amenities and things to visit.

The apartment (and maybe the building as there were posters about it) was infested with cockroaches. You could see them running through the kitchen counter and the toilet, so it made impossible to use the kitchen at all during our stay.

I stayed about a month, and I was very comfortable in Makati amazing studio. The studio apartment is almost at the top of the building, and it has an amazing view of Makati district. The bedroom has big windows that let in a lot of light and air, and the curtains did an excellent job of keeping out the light when I was sleeping in the morning. The apartment was more than big enough for one person, and it had everything I needed to live comfortably, including a well-equipped kitchen. The internet was fast enough to do everything I needed, including streaming, video games, and video calls with coworkers in Canada. There is a slight lag when communicating with Canada, but that's inevitable when communicating with the other side of the world. The supermarket is in the small mall on the bottom floor of the building, 20 steps from the elevator, so it was very easy to buy anything I needed. There are also a large number of decent restaurants and coffee shops in the mall complex, and the whole thing is a clean, pleasant space. The building also has a large, quiet, comfortable, well air-conditioned common room with free wifi where I could work, and a nice outdoor pool where there was always a good breeze. There was also a shaded outdoor area with a playground, pool table, ping pong table, and space to walk around or do yoga. This area of the city is very modern and has a lot of things to do. Particularly if you like shopping and spending time in malls.

The internet went out twice during my month-long stay, for about 24 hours each time. The owner said it was a problem with the internet provider. There are cockroaches, but I understand that this is a common problem around here that is difficult to avoid. They're mostly under the sink, though they do come out, especially when it's dark. I kept all my food in the fridge, and put food-waste in paper bags in the freezer. I recommend using a spray bottle with soapy water. A few sprays will kill them. The owner might also consider buying traps for the apartment. The only windows are in the bedroom, so the kitchen and living room are quite dark, even during the day. I usually had to keep those lights on. The booking.com profile said there is a fitness centre, but there was no gym or fitness centre in the building when I was there. The owner told me they are building one, but it isn't finished yet. There is a gym in the second of the two malls, but it only offered passes for a month minimum.
