Noise from the toilet above the bedroom, disturbed our sleep every night, mentioned it to the owner but it fell on deaf ears, solution mentioned use a nightlight instead of the pull switch and use toilet paper or squat when the call of nature occurs, sorry Eleanor for being picky but this had to be mentioned.

Beautiful apartment, clean has everything you need. Food pack was lovely provided a lovely breakfast. Owner is very welcoming and there for anything you need. Will definitely be staying again 😀

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. There were so many little extras, such as cotton buds, nail files, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and even though we didn't need these ourselves they were nice little touches. As was the beautiful fresh red roses in the living area. It was about a 20 minute walk into York where there are so many unique shops and eateries. The breakfast was great with natural yoghurt, granola, bread for toast and a huge variety of jams. Above all it was so quiet and relaxing. Sitting at the breakfast table watching birds and squirrels in the park opposite was fabulous. Communication before our stay with the owners was excellent. We highly recommend.

The host had great communication, giving us some useful information and extra tips. They also went above and beyond with the hospitality, extra pillows to accommodate my comfort, bits for the kitchen which were just wonderful. The accommodation was gorgeous, a lovely bit of space for a night in York, in a lovely, quiet area. We enjoyed our stay here. Not too far from the centre but a bus stop close by which was great. Charming, comfortable stay. Every detail considered. Quiet, comfortable lodging. Beautiful garden. Close to all amenities, we walked everywhere. Eleanore, our host checked in and provided breakfast food, coffee, tea. Felt like we were really experiencing the warmth and style of GB.
