The Garden Square - Unique luxury apartment in historic garden square - ideal for 2 people

This is so well thought out,great use of space. Nice touch with the breakfast. Parking also a bonus as York is hard to find parking.

There is a bit of noise from the extraction units in the bedroom, but understand they are required.

Lovely fittings, comfy beds, nice big fridge. Would have been 10/10 perfect other than the washing machine being broken; hosts kindly offered to do our washing.

We loved everything about this property. The location, the decor, cleanliness and the facilities are all outstanding. We were looking forward to a home cooked meal and this place is very well equipped. Bonus of a washer/ dryer. Loved the special touch of the fresh flowers in the living room and bedroom. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

El aparatemento es hermoso y comodo, tiene todo lo necesario y mas. Quiero destacar la atencion y calidez de Eleanor y David, los mejores anfitriones que tuvimos en este viaje de 20 dias! Nos dejaron mermeladas, manteca, pan, bebidas para el desayuno, pizza congelada para la cena etc. El living y la habitacion decorados con ramos de flores. Lo super recomiendo porque es muy confortable y los anfitriones son lo mejor! La ubicacion es genial, zona tranquila y a una cuadra tenes 3 opciones de Bus que te dejan en el centro.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll, die Straße angenehm ruhig. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bussen gut zu erreichen. Und die Besitzer waren jederzeit ansprechbar und konnten helfen. Auch wurden Porridge, Granola, Kekse, Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Joghurt und Orangensaft von den Besitzern zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank hierfür!!! York ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, aber auch sehr trubelig, umso besser, abends in einer ruhigen Umgebung wohnen zu können.

Es gab merkwürdige Geräusche im Schlafzimmer. Ich denke, es war die Heizung.

The property was just as described. Comfortable bed, large shower room & exceptionally clean. Fantastic use of all the space. Plenty of room to spend time here which we did as we were staying due to being on courses Saturday & Sunday. Fabulous quiet location.

Nothing to dislike. Perfectly met our needs.

Fantastic location within walking distance to city. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed with beautiful crisp linen. Everything we needed was available. Beautifully furnished. Perfect for a couple or single. Our host Eleanor left us delicious varied fresh breakfast supplies & beautiful fresh flowers 🌹

There was an intermittent humming noise coming from bedroom cupboard during the night which made it difficult to get to sleep.

Beautiful apartment in lovely location within walking distance to train station and city centre. Lovely friendly hosts and lots of extras supplied.
