The Garden Square - Unique luxury apartment in historic garden square - ideal for 2 people

We loved everything about this property! It was so good it's hard to know where to start. The location is beautiful. Tranquil and calming! It's on a short and perfect bus route for York City. It oozes quality and style and it will definitely be our go-to place when we return to York!

The place was cozy, beautifully decked, and spotless — clearly maintained with personal care and attention. It had everything one could need, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fresh bread, milk, juice, and other essentials, which made us feel truly welcomed. It was a wonderful stay in every sense, and I genuinely wish I had more days to enjoy it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a homely and comfortable retreat.

This is an amazing property. Perfect location for an easy 10-15 minute walk into town with free parking right outside. The apartment itself is incredible - absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and with every convenience you could think of. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Moreover, the hosts' thoughtfulness and attention to detail are really the best we've ever experienced. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.

The apartment was amazing, the hosts were very nice and so much care had been taken. We had brought our toddler and asked for a cot, iv never been to a place that has took so much time to prepare for a toddler. The travel cot was set up beautifully and was made just like a bed. The highchair had been placed by the table and their was toddler cutlery, plates and cup in the cupboard. The welcome basket was lovely as well. You just feel well cared for. It's a beautiful location and about a 25 minute walk into the center of York.

Only thing we didn't like was the heating on late at night, I did end up having to turn one of the radiators off as it was to hot to sleep, but that's just preference as we usually keep our bedroom cold with the window open

Clean, cozy , warm, tastefully decorated Had the little nice extras. Bedding and towels smelt lovely Was in walking distance to town.
