The Garden Square - Unique luxury apartment in historic garden square - ideal for 2 people

Comfortable and clean, good location within 15-20 minutes from the historic center. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, and available clothes washer made for a nice stay. Bus stop close by allowed easy access to all sites. The fresh flowers and welcome breakfast items - bread, coffee/tea, milk, granola, eggs and oj were greatly appreciated and a nice touch!

Our host provided a very generous welcome pack; the apartment was lovely and the location was picturesque.

This is a fantastic place to stay to feel home when visiting York. Beds are very comfortable, the place was very clean and quiet. 10 minutes walking to the centre. 15 minutes walk to the Railway Museum. Eleanor, the host, was super helpful. I'm definitely coming back when visiting York again.

- Centralish location close to the Railway Station - Quiet residential area - Warm welcoming apartment with full Kitchen facilities - Close to the York Parkrun course - About 20mins walk to the main centre attractions - Close to the Everyman cinema - Host kindly provides breakfast ingredients (load of bread, orange juice, butter (milk if you require)

- Heating system was slightly noisy during the night (Boiler is in the Bedroom) - Cracked my head on a beam in the bathroom several times. If you are over 6ft tall make sure your 'radar' is working when getting in and out of the shower

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, everything possible has been thought of. All the little touches make it so special, food supplies and fresh flowers. Ideal location to explore York, 10 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, cosy base in York.

Apartment was nice, cozy, comfortable and warm. Bread, milk, eggs, etc were all provided for us. Quiet location so it made for a peaceful nights sleep. The host was very helpful with specific instructions on how to get into the property. I would recommend this apartment.

No plug socket near the bed to charge my phone, but thats just me being lazy lol. I used the one near the dresser

Wow!! A beautiful location tucked away just a short walk from the city centre. The apartment was stunning with everything you could possibly need, clean and welcoming. Lots of touches that make it just that bit extra special, fresh flowers on the table, a wonderful breakfast hamper and pretty courtyard. Great communication from hosts right from first booking point and through until arrival. We would highly recommend!
